TLC Business Advisors is a Baltimore based strategy consulting firm dedicated to improving value and financial performance for growing businesses and non-profits. The firm was founded in 2010 by William Tam, Jessica Lee and Deborah Castillo, three Ph.D. candidates from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. They realized that there was an opportunity at Johns Hopkins for an organization that could maximize the potential of innovative technology created locally by providing strategic advice and guidance for growing businesses. Since its inception, TLC Business Advisors has been well received by the Hopkins community and has had success working on medical device, oncology therapy, non-profit, and cost-savings engagements.
